RETURN POLICY
Lilly and Danielle want you to love your Lilly & Sage purchase but if you need to return an item that is in new and unworn condition with the tags attached (if the item came with tags), we are happy to refund you in the form of a store credit within 30 days of your purchase.
We reserve the right to refuse a return if the items show signs of wear, alteration, misuse, or damage. We will process returns once a week so please allow 7 business days for your return to be processed.
Customers will be refunded in Lilly & Sage store credit. To initiate a return please contact customerservice@shoplillysage.com for a return label. Lilly & Sage will send a prepaid return label to you via email and you can package and send your return back via USPS.
All accessories and discounted items are FINAL sale.
SHIPPING POLICY
We ship USPS 2-3 Day Priority Mail.
We ship purchases Monday - Friday and aim to get all orders out within 24 hours of your purchase! Purchases made on our website on Saturday or Sunday will ship out on Monday.
If you take advantage of our free shipping, we will not be held responsible for any USPS errors.
If there is a delay in USPS shipment we recommend signing up for all text updates on the USPS website for the most up to date information.
